Par un jour de soleil et comme tous les après-midi, Omar rejoint Tchato, Moulay et Fouad sur la jetée du port d'Oran. Témoin d'une transaction entre un trafiquant de drogue et un marin, Fouad prévient ses amis. Moulay et Tchato décident de saisir l'occasion afin de réaliser leur rêve : partir en France. Avec l'aide d'Omar et de Fouad, ils font chanter le marin qui cède à leur exigence. Le soir du départ, Tchato est piégé par son ambiguïté…
One sunny afternoon, like every other afternoon, Omar joins Tchato, Moulay and Fouad on the pier at Oran's port. Having witnessed a transaction between a drug trafficker and a sailor, Fouad recounts the event to his friends. Moulay and Tchato decide to seize the opportunity in order to acheive their long standing dream: to leave for France. With Omar and Fouad's help they blackmail the sailor who gives in to their demands...
