| Née en 1975 à Sherbrooke (Canada). Diplômée en journalisme politique, elle a travaillé pour Radio Canada comme critique culturelle, chroniqueuse, reporter et correspondante à Beyrouth. À partir de 2001 elle a réalisé plusieurs documentaires, Entre deux fronts (2001, programmé au Cinemed 2002), Princes de la guerre, seigneurs de la paix (2002), L'Appel de Kerbala (2004), Terminator, the Last Battle (2006), et un moyen métrage de fiction, Dans le sang (2009). Elle est également scénariste, reporter pour la télévision et camerawoman. | Born in Sherbrooke (Canada) in 1975. Studied political journalism. She has been working for the past five years for Radio-Canada as critic, columnist and radio-reporter, and is now a correspondent in Beirut). In 2001-2002, she directed two politically-oriented documentary films : Caught in Between, about South Lebanon and the repercussions of the Israeli occupation ; Princes of War, Lords of Peace, an assessement on the political and economic situation in Lebanon after the Civil War, with four Lebanese leaders. Assistant director and second camera on the documentary Holy Land Divided, she has just finished writing the script of a full-length feature. |
