Biography |
| Né en Croatie en 1965. Il est diplômé en réalisation de l'Académie d'Arts Dramatiques de Zagreb (1990) et de l'Université de New York (1994). Il a réalisé plusieurs documentaires et courts métrages primés dont Life Drawing (2001), et a travaillé sur une vingtaine de longs métrages en Europe et aux Etats-Unis en tant qu'assistant réalisateur ou producteur. Il enseigne la production à l'Académie d'Arts Dramatiques de Zagreb. Une merveilleuse nuit à Split (2004) est son premier long métrage de fiction. | Born in Croatia in 1965. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in film directing from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb in 1990, and his Masters of Fine Arts degree in filmmaking from the New York University in 1994. He has made several award winning documentaries and short films among which Life Drawing (2001), and has worked on twenty feature films in Europe and in the United States as an assistant director or producer. He is currently teaching production at the Academy of Dramatic Arts in Zagreb. A Wonderful Night in Split (2004) is his first full-length film. |
