| Yann Sinic est né à Aubervilliers en 1973. En 1998 il crée les productions Pharos avec Nathalie Combe, devenues depuis Cosmographe Productions. Ils réalisent ensemble leur premier documentaire, La Conscience de Svevo, en 2001. Yann Sinic s'intéresse particulièrement à l'idée de la mémoire, thème récurrent à travers son œuvre. Ses autres films : Pour mémoire (1996), N’ayons peur de rien (2004), Le Remords (2006), Un monde pour soi (2010), Les Mondes intérieurs (2013).
